I’m Sakshi Mathur, a PhD candidate in the Department of Biochemistry at the University of Otago, New Zealand. My research focuses on understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying CLN1 Batten disease using patient-derived induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs). My goal is to identify potential therapeutic strategies for this devastating neurodegenerative disorder.
