Stephane Lefrancois
I completed my PhD at McGill university, followed by a Post-doctoral fellowship at the NIH. In 2007, I was recruited to the University of Montreal, and subsequently moved to the INRS in 2015 where I am currently a professor at Centre Armand-Frappier Santé Biotechnologie. My research interests include the intracellular trafficking of proteins to lysosomes, with a special focus on how this process is regulated. In the lats 10 years, we have been studying how CLN proteins are implicated in this pathway.
